We are now enrolling for Fall 2022 classes.  Classes will begin on August 1^st and will be available in-person in Midland and online.  Open enrollment is offered for one-to-one tutoring in English and reading and writing throughout the year.  New students can fill out the online student application at https://bit.ly/PBALC-student.  Students must be 18 years of age or older to apply.  The last date to enroll is August 18^th.  For more information, please contact Andrea De Jong at adejong@pbalc.org.
